In my personal opinion, fashion is not about spending a fortune, is about spending your money right and be able to look like if you spend a fortune. Walmart have some of my favorite brands of the moment, not only because of their low prices, but because of the GREAT quality and style. I can always count on Walmart every time I want to update my closet with out braking the bank.
The key to Style 4 different looks with only 4 pieces is to have some pattern and some neutral color like white or blue, then you can just mix and match them. You can use the same purse and sunglasses for all the different styles to keep it in your budget.
