Accommodations:
We stated at a Luxury Wagon, overlooking the canal, and we get to wake up every day with the most amazing view and breakfast, In our proved terrace. also the resort offers a variety of accommodations, including glamping tents, RV sites, and cabins. Glamping tents are perfect for those who want to experience camping without sacrificing comfort. The tents come equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a screened porch with rocking chairs. RV sites offer full hookups and access to resort amenities, while cabins range from one to three bedrooms and come with a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with a grill. They literally have different options for all your needs and budgets.
Activities
The kids enjoy the petting farm every day, and the pony rides, but that is just 2 of the MANY activities the resort offer, including horseback riding, airboat rides, fishing, hiking, and more. Horseback riding is one of the most popular activities, and the ranch offers guided trail rides for all skill levels. The airboat rides will take you on a scenic tour of the nearby Kissimmee River, where you'll see alligators, birds, and other wildlife. For those who prefer to stay on land, there are hiking and biking trails, a zip line, and a rock climbing wall.
Rodeo:
One of the highlights of our trip to Westgate River Ranch is the Saturday night rodeo. The rodeo features professional bull riding, barrel racing, and other events, as well as live music and a delicious BBQ dinner. It's a great way to experience the cowboy lifestyle and enjoy a fun night out with your family and friends.
Dining:
Most accommodations come with a BBQ for you to bring your own foos, the wagon and other accommodations also have a small fridge, microwave and Coffe machine, but the resort also has several dining options, including the Smokehouse Grill, which serves BBQ, burgers, and other Southern favorites. There's also a general store where you can pick up snacks, souvenirs, and supplies. They also serve Starbucks Coffe that we enjoy daily.
